Monvue represents the real estate portfolio of a modern entrepreneurial family in the Lake Constance region. As a family office, the company develops and holds high-quality work and living spaces — long-term, responsibly, and with a clear regional focus.
The aim was to create a brand identity that makes this attitude visible: economically solid, architecturally ambitious, and at the same time approachable for local stakeholders — from tenants and partners to the broader public.

The word creation monvue derives from the company's former name "Mountain View". The references to the local mountain panorama und the Lake Constance take here the centre stage. This landscape is not filigree, not fine-lined, but strong, monumental und present. Gorges, tunnels and waves. Hard and soft, both modern und traditional.
All of this is reflected in the word mark, complemented by a structured, modern, and bold pictorial mark with strong recognition value. Also the colour scheme is inspired by the landscape and defines the brand simultaneously as fresh, friendly und design-oriented.
