Vizcaya 12 - Clear, Reduced and Sustainable.
Refurbished Office Building in Madrid.
The V12 is located in Atocha quarter in Madrid, close to the renowned train station with a prominent tropical house. This restoration project brought out a modern, highly sustainable and minimalistic office building. The clear focus on the essential, along with the rhytmically designed glass facade is also reflected in the design of communication elements and the logo. The colour scheme aligns with the visual identy of the property developer, which we also designed.
