We had already been serving the company under the name Commodus when, in 2022, it decided to reflect its internal evolution—from a pure real estate investor to a fully integrated property development company—through new branding. We guided them through their transformation into Coros and their newly structured marketing strategy.
A harmonious word, a harmonious typeface. Strong but in lower case humble: compact, symmetrical, strong. The colour scheme: sustainable and dynamic, young but with value. A bold, own typeface that highlights this. The production the office equipment focused entirely on value and tangible experience.

It’s time for our cities to explore new paths. Paths towards enhanced climate protection, more social progress and a stronger sense of responsibility. This calls for companies who embrace these values themselves – both externally and internally.
